Residential and Commercial Construction Complaint Form

Before you complete this form:

You must notify your contractor/builder of each of your complaint items and allow them 14 days to respond (not required if they are bankrupt, liquidated, deregistered or deceased).

  • Description of each complaint item
  • Contract/quote details (if applicable)
  • Copy of letter/email notifying the builder/contractor of all complaint items
  • Property owner: Contract/Quote
  • Subsequent property owner: Contract of Sale
  • Body Corporate: Certificate of classification, Community Title, Contract/Quote

If you are unable to upload a digital version of all the required documents, you must provide any outstanding documents by post or over the counter at a QBCC office, before your complaint can be assessed.
